Summary of Specifications:
Barclay Avenue from Powell Road to State Road 50 is a two lane paved road. The County is currently working with a consultant to prepare a four lane design from Lucky Lane to State Road 50. It is anticipated that this section of roadway will be constructed in fiscal year 2014/15. Roadway design plans were completed to a thirty percent (30%) status for the entire length of the project by HDR Engineering, Inc. in 2008. This project was subsequently shelved due to lack of funding.
