Description

Individual projects to be included in the Scope of Work will be miscellaneous in scope, of varied size and complexity as required by Hernando County and in conformance with the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes (Current Edition). The County reserves the right to award this Contract to one (1) or more Consultants. Services include, but are not limited to, setting up material testing, daily monitoring and tracking of construction activities, daily inspection of Contractor’s work, coordination with citizens, review of MOT, collect and inventory material records and quantities and all additional services as required by the specific project.
