It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this quote to provide and secure timely, responsive, and satisfactory automatic door maintenance services for all the Hernando County Fire Rescue locations. The Vendor/Contractor shall perform semi-annual maintenance for the automatic doors, as described in the specifications. The successful bidder shall furnish all services, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, and fees (if any) necessary to perform these services as described in this contract at the Hernando County Fire Rescue locations listed in the bid document
