Description

Provide engineering, architectural design, demolition, renovation, design and construction monitoring services for Fire Rescue Station No. Six (6), which will be located at 3451 Shoal Line Blvd., Hernando Beach, FL. Development of an approximately 3,500-4,000 square foot fire station (business/living quarters) equipment repairs, cleaning and storage areas located below the elevated station at the same site. Design, renovation, and construction monitoring of a fire station located at 3451 Shoal Line Blvd., Hernando Beach, FL 34607. The fire station renovation will include gutting the entire building, including kitchen and bathroom, as well as removing all steel walls and roof sheeting. The living quarters will be designed to be raised above ground level to acceptable Hernando County codes. The fire station will consist of approximately 3,500-4,000 square feet of living space to include dorms, multiple bathrooms, kitchen, office space, and physical fitness area. The elevated living space shall have at least one (1) enclosed stairwell to the ground level and continue to the steel building (truck bays) on the north side of the property.
