Summary of Specifications:
The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, equipment and transportation in order to accomplish the mowing services, as described in these contract documents at the locations and within the limits specified. Scope consists of all areas as specified on the bid form, subject to additions, deletions or changes in mowing locations or intervals during the term of the contract. Vegetation in all areas consists of various types of grasses and weeds. Mowing operations include litter and debris pick up in the areas to be mowed by the contractor. Mowing operations also include any trimming around drainage structures, utility poles or other publicly owned obstructions within a mowing area with the exception of mail boxes. When complete, a mowing area must present a uniform and tidy appearance within the specifications of the contract.
