Summary of Specifications:
Vendor/Contractor shall include all time and materials required to perform routine monthly interior inspection and pest control services in all facilities. This shall include, but is not limited to chemicals, insecticides, equipment, and labor for complete pest control of insects such as ants, roaches, silverfish, spiders, mites, fleas, gnats, fly’s, etc. NOTE: Contract does not include rats, mice, termites, or any horticulture-grounds works.
