Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain bids for furnishing remittance processing services, consisting of utility payments, pick up of payments and correspondence from PO box, depositing payments at designated financial institution, creating images of payment information and archiving to media, and mailing back up media with customer correspondence to the County. Said services/supplies to be furnished in accordance with the contract resulting from this solicitation must be completely suitable for the operational use of the Hernando County Utilities Department.
