The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners, Hernando County, Florida, invites interested parties to submit sealed bids to purchase the leasehold improvements, including the existing hangar, office building, ramp and parking improvements, located at the below-described property (“the Improvements”): Parcel I.D. No. Address Lot Size Minimum Bid Amount R-Z-CAP-18-0000-0010-0010 15421 Technology Drive Brooksville, Florida 34604 11.02 Acres $1,250,000.00 This invitation-to-bid is in response to an unsolicited offer to purchase the above-described property that has been received by the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners, in the amount of One Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,250,000.00), all cash. The unsolicited offer shall constitute the initial bid for the property, but that shall not prevent the party who made the unsolicited offer from increasing the amount of its bid during the bid period. No other party will be permitted to submit more than one bid. As the Improvements are located within the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport, each bidder will also be required to enter into a ground lease for the parcel upon which the Improvements are situated.
