Summary of Specifications:
The project calls for the resurfacing of the existing asphalt roadways in Spring Hill that are identified as Area 3A. The existing asphalt roadway shall be milled to an average depth of one inch and shall be repaved with 1’’ of asphalt per plans and specifications, which are identified on the plans. Temporary pavement markings shall be installed after the asphalt installation and be followed with thermoplastic markings on cured asphalt after county approval. It shall be the Vendor/Contractor’s responsibility to provide a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan and a chart depicting the project schedule at the pre-construction meeting.
