ITB-TB-13-C089/TKB - Spring Lake Highway Overlay Paving Project

Summary of Specifications:
This project in general consists of overlay paving of Spring Lake Highway from the Pasco/Hernando County line to the North for a total distance about 5,610 LF. 1. The pavement shall be 2” thick SP-12.5 asphalt with the proper surface preparation and tack coat. Paving shall match the existing road width of 32’ more or less. This project includes replacing driveway aprons as shown in the plans. 2. Markings will include temporary paint and thermoplastic of centerline striping, stopbars, and edgelines, and RPMs. 3. Sod shall be placed along the edge of pavement per FDOT index #105. Refer to plans and specs for more details. 4. Contractor shall provide the proper maintenance of traffic per FDOT Design Standards. 5. The Vendor/Contractor shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment and workers and for the safety of the general public.
