ITB-JP-13T033 - Three Year Term Contract Auto/Truck Towing and Road Services

Summary of Specifications:
Bidder must have been in business for at least one full calendar year to be considered responsible for any category of towing/roadside service. Bidders must provide verifiable commercial, industrial or governmental references where Towing services have been provided within the last three (3) years using the “Bidder References” form provided. One reference is required for each category bid unless reference can be applied to multiple categories. Bidder References forms may be duplicated as needed to provide the required references. To be deemed responsible, references must demonstrate bidder has provided the following services: Category 1- Towing of Vehicles (Operable and Inoperable) under two (2) tons Category 2- Towing of Vehicles (Operable and Inoperable) between two and five (2-5) tons Category 3- Towing of Vehicles (Operable and Inoperable) over five (5) tons Category 4-Towing of Vehicles (Operable and Inoperable) transit buses, rescue vehicles, fire apparatus. Failure to provide at least one verifiable reference for each category being bid will deem the bidder non-responsible for that category. These services will be required for the towing and roadside assistance/repairs needed by the Fleet Maintenance Division.
