Description

Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of the construction of a five feet wide sidewalk on the west side of Waterfall Drive from County Line Rd. to Spring Hill Drive. Project includes the reshaping of earth shoulders, sod, inlet replacement, drainage pipe and treatment construction, driveway reconstruction, curbing, work zone traffic controls and permanent signage and pavement marking installation. It will be the Vendor/Contractor’s responsibility to provide Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan at the pre-construction meeting. Sodding, including watering of the road shoulders and swales is required on all disturbed areas or as directed by County.
