A pre-bid meeting (walkthrough) will be held on Tuesday January 18th, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST meeting at the site location. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization in attendance. Bidders must attend in order to participate in this RFP process. In order to participate in the pre-bid meeting, bidders must register by noon on January 17th, 2022 by emailing Dakota Wilkinson at Dakota.wilkinson@lsfnet.org . Bidders failing to register for, or attend, the pre-bid meeting may not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process.
