Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified, and experienced general contractors to provide a sanitary sewer line replacement for a head start center located in Palm Beach County. A mandatory pre-bid meeting (walkthrough) will be held on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at 10:30 AM EST at the site location of 301 SW 8th St. Belle Glade, FL 33430. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization sign in attendance on Pre-Bid Meeting Vendor sheet. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process. Late entry to the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted.
