Description

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified, and experienced contractors to install VCT flooring as outlined in the attached scope and specifications. Work is to be completed at our Connie Marmaro Building- 3600 Fairfield Ave S. St Petersburg, FL 33711.
Please review the attached RFP document outlining what LSF is looking for.

A pre-bid meeting (walkthrough) will be held on Tuesday January 19th, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST meeting at the site location. All bidders interested in responding to this RFP must have at least one representative of their organization in attendance. Bidders must attend in order to participate in this RFP process. In order to participate in the pre-bid meeting, bidders must register by noon on January 18th, 2022 by emailing Dakota Wilkinson at Dakota.wilkinson@lsfnet.org . Bidders failing to register for, or attend, the pre-bid meeting may not be allowed to participate further in the RFP process.
