Description

It is the intent of this RFP to solicit sealed proposals from qualified individuals and companies to provide Aquatic & Natural Area Services/Pond Maintenance for The Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6. Provide a written explanation of your overall approach to pond maintenance. Staffing that will be assigned to the Lakewood Ranch CDDs. The number of man-hours technicians and crews will be on CDD property performing pond maintenance activities per week.
