Description

The purpose of the issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to publicly solicit the services of qualified Events Ticketing and Management Services firms that will assist the College in the marketing efforts, ticketing sales and support services for planned events throughout the College’s calendar year.

It is the goal of the College, that through this RFP selection process, the College may prequalify one or several service providers. The RFP screening process will allow the College to generate a pool of professional firm(s) that will provide the College with the necessary services to support the marketing, ticket sales as well as other support services.
