Summary of Specifications:
3.1SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose and intent of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a firm fixed price contract for the purchase, delivery and installation of Aluminum Bleachers to the following locations: Item #1: Meigs Middle School – Shalimar, FL Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools and equipment to deliver and install One(1) each all aluminum elevated welded angle frame bleachers, net seating for 849 + 10 wheel chair spaces at 15 rows high x 103’ 6” long. A set of signed engineered drawings for bleachers and approved anchor plan that meets 140 MPH wind load requirements shall be supplied by the awarded vendor. Bleacher will be installed on existing 4” concrete slab. Measurements are 35’ deep x 120’ long. See Specifications Section 3.5 for additional specifications and drawings.
Item #2A: Laurel Hill School – Laurel Hill, FL Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools and equipment to deliver and assemble Two(2) each all aluminum non-elevated welded angle frame bleachers; 5 rows high x 27’ long; First seat 17” above grade; 8” rise/24” tread depth; 2” x 10” anodized aluminum seats; Double 2” x 10” mill finish footboards; 1” x 6” mill finish riser rows 2-4; 2” x 10” mill finish riser last row only; one 60” wide vertical aisle with center handrail; guardrail system shall consist of 2/line rail with chain link fence on the back and 3/line rail with chain link fence on the sides to row 3. Assembled bleachers are to be placed on existing slab (No attachment).
Item #2B: Laurel Hill School – Laurel Hill, FL Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools and equipment to deliver and assemble Two(2) each all aluminum non-elevated welded angle frame bleachers; 10 rows high x 27’ long; First seat 17” above grade; 8” rise/24” tread depth; 2” x 10” anodized aluminum seats; Double 2” x 10” mill finish footboards; 1” x 6” mill finish riser rows 2-9; 2” x 10” mill finish riser last row only; one 60” wide vertical aisle with center handrail; guardrail system shall consist of 2/line rail with chain link fence on the back and 3/line rail with chain link fence on the sides to row 3. Assembled bleachers are to be placed on existing slab (No attachment).
