RFQ-17-11 - Asphalt, Sealcoating and Striping Services

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting quote proposals for Contractor Services for Asphalt, Sealcoating and Striping services for the Carver Hill Complex located in Okaloosa County, Florida. The Carver Hill Complex is located at: 461 West School Ave., Crestview, FL 32536. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supplies required to complete the project. Disposal of waste items shall also be included in the quote price. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements. The School District anticipates the services for this project to be performed during the Thanksgiving Holiday (November 21 – 25, 2016) or during the Winter Break Holiday (December 19, 2016 – January 2, 2017).
