Summary of Specifications:
THE INTENT OF THIS BID IS TO ESTABLISH A ONE YEAR CONTRACT BETWEEN THE DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD OF OKALOOSA COUNTY AND A SUPPLIER/S FOR THE ATTACHED SPECIFIED ITEMS THAT MAY BE REQUIRED DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD.

CONTRACT PERIOD: THE CONTRACT WILL COMMENCE ON APRIL 14, 2008 AND CONTINUE THROUGH APRIL 13, 2008.

ANY CONTRACT RESULTING FROM THIS QUOTE MAY BE EXTENDED TWO ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIODS BY MUTUAL CONSENT OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF OKALOOSA COUNTY AND THE CONTRACTOR.

QUANTITY: THE DISTRICT SHALL REQUIRE APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES OF PRODUCT/S FOR THE CONTRACT PERIOD. QUANTITIES SHOWN IN THE QUOTE ARE ESTIMATES OF NEEDS DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD AND IS NO GUARANTEE OF PURCHASE BY THE SCHOOL BOARD. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT QUANTITIES OVER AND ABOVE THAT STATED IN THE QUOTE MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE QUOTE PRICE DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD.
