RFQU 23-01 - Construction Cost Engineering Consulting Services

Pursuant to the State of Florida’s Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida, is accepting “Statements of Qualifications” from qualified firms or individuals for Construction Cost Engineering and Verification Services (“CCE”) for a multi-year program of facility construction including new construction, renovations and roofing projects.  The School Board anticipates awarding the consulting contract to a single firm for a three (3) year term with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.  The full scope of such consulting services is more fully described in Section 2 -Scope of Services.
