ITB-16-07 - Demo and Replacement of Sewer and Water Lines

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for Contractor Services to provide all labor, material, and equipment required to demo and replace old sewer lines at The School Board of Okaloosa County, Bay Area Administrative Complex and to demo and replace the existing steel water supply line from the backflow at Mary Esther Elementary School. The two (2) sites that are involved in this project are located in Okaloosa County, Florida. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted each day by the Contractor to ensure safety for the public. Where not more specifically described in any of the various sections of these specifications, workmanship shall conform to all the methods and operations of best standards and accepted practices of the trade or trades involved, and shall include all items regularly furnished or required for completion of services. Personnel skilled in their respective trade shall execute all work.
