Summary of Specifications:
The School Board intends to award a contract to the firm or corporation who is deemed most qualified and responsive to this request. The scope of services shall include the research and development of an Educational Plant Survey Report in accordance with the requirements of section 1013.31, Florida Statutes and the 1999/2007 State Requirements for Educational Facilities as adopted by the Florida Department of Education, whichever is in effect at time of survey completion. The report must be completed and delivered to the School Board by January 1, 2013, the timeline established by the Florida Department of Education, Office of Educational Facilities.
