RFP-12-P06 - Energy Conservation & Management Program

Summary of Specifications:
The School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida (the District/the Board) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide professional management services to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive energy management and conservation program designed to reduce energy consumption by 20% or more from an annual $7 million budget for the entire School District. The successful candidate will identify and make recommendations to reduce energy consumption of all energy types (electricity, natural gas, fuel oil, etc.) as well as water and sewer, more specifically set forth and described in Section 2 Scope of Services and Fees. The purpose of this RFP is to offer qualified firms an opportunity to submit written proposals for the District’s consideration.
