RFP-12-P03 - External Independent Auditing Services

Summary of Specifications:
This is a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for an independent certified public accounting firm (the “proposer”) to provide external independent auditing services for The School District of Okaloosa County, Florida (the “District”). The District wishes to receive proposals for selection of an independent certified public accounting firm to provide external independent auditing services to the District for a period of one year, beginning with an audit of the District’s financial statements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. The term of the services contract may be extended for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year on a staggered basis to accommodate any yearly audit to be performed by the Auditor General of the State of Florida.
