ITB-17-03 - Fire Extinguishers and Kitchen Hood Systems Inspection/Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting bid proposals for contractor services to provide all labor, material, equipment and resources required for the inspection and/or repairs of fire extinguishers and kitchen hood extinguishing systems for the schools and other eligible users of the Okaloosa County School District. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Where not more specifically described in any of the various sections of these specifications, workmanship shall conform to all of the methods and operations of best standards and accepted practices of the trade or trades involved, and shall include all items regularly furnished or required for completion of services. Personnel skilled in their respective trade shall execute all work. Contractor shall adhere to all conditions, requirements and specifications within the bid.
