RFQ-17-30 - Flooring Project for the Okaloosa Technical College

Summary of Specifications:
The School District of Okaloosa County is accepting quote proposals from a qualified Contractor(s) for the procurement and installation of new Vinyl Plank flooring at the Okaloosa Technical College, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. All labor, materials, equipment, supplies and disposal of debris and waste items required to complete the project shall be included in the quote price. The Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete the project. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful Contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the Contractor.
