Summary of Specifications:
The Okaloosa County School District will hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference for a District Wide Energy Savings Program (RFP 08-P03). The purpose of this proposal is to establish a one year agreement with four additional one year renewal terms to implement an Energy Savings Program that will include: the auditing of energy usage; assessment of the data obtained; developing a lighting upgrade plan; installation of new energy saving light fixtures; and implementation of a method to obtain measurable data to realize energy savings. The service will include all systems within the schools of the Okaloosa County School District. Detailed specifications and proposal documentation will be provided at the pre-bid conference.
