Summary of Specifications:
The School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida will consider the selection of a Total Construction Program Management firm for the providing of professional services for: A total construction program management project consisting of a multiple-site program of remodeling, renovations, additions, and new projects which will be implemented in seperate annual phases over a five year period. Buisiness entities interested in providing these services to the School Board of Okaloosa County are hereby notified that a sealed Statement of Qualifications, in the required format, for providing the required services must be received by 2:00 pm, local time, June 17, 2003, at the Purchasing Dept, Attn: Richard D Norris. There are two Exhibits containing additional information that are available for all interested vendors. Exhibit A contains the "Draft" Project list and Exhibit B contains additional information for the Technology component. These exhibits are available for pick up at the Purchasing Department and will be mailed by request to any interested vendors. Call Purchasing at (850) 833-7668 to request the Exhibits to be mailed. A mandatory Pre-submittal meeting will be held to answer questions and review the requirements of the Request for Qualifications at 2:00 pm, local time, June 2, 2002 at the Board Meeting Room, School Board of Okaloosa County, Bay Area Administration Offices, 120 Lowery Place SE, Ft Walton Beach, FL 32548.
