SCOPE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR BID IS TO ESTABLISH A THREE YEAR (3) CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ROLL TOILET TISSUE & PAPER TOWELS BY THE OKALOOSA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND OTHER ELIGIBLE USERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SBER 6A-1.012(6). ANY CONTRACT ESTABLISHED AS A RESULT OF THIS BID IS TO BE USED PRIMARILY TO REPLENISH SITE INVENTORIES FOR ROLL TOILET TISSUE AND PAPER TOWELS. CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO DELIVER TO ALL LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.
