Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE
This specification covers three (3) weatherproof movable boarding units and associated equipment. It is the intent of these specifications to cover the furnishing, delivery and installation at the Okaloosa Regional Airport of a complete apparatus equipped as hereinafter specified with a view to obtaining the best results and the most acceptable apparatus; these specifications cover minimum requirements as to the type of construction, finish, and test to which the apparatus must conform, together with certain details as to equipment and appliances to be furnished. Minor details of construction and materials, where not otherwise specified, are left to the discretion of the contractor, who shall be solely responsible for the design and construction of all features. Deviations or equivalents, meeting the same performance criteria will be given fair consideration as we are interested in a fair competitive bid process.
A. Intended Use – This weatherproof movable boarding unit is intended for use in the boarding and deplaning of passengers in a safe and efficient process.
B. Each bidder must supply with his bid the detailed descriptions, photos and drawings of the unit offered.
