Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE
This specification covers Aircraft Preconditioned Air Systems and Combo Ground Power Units and associated equipment for installation pertinent to three (3) commuter passenger Movable Boarding Units (MBU’s). It is the intent of these specifications to cover fabrication, delivery, and installation of the equipment to Okaloosa Regional Airport of a complete apparatus equipped as hereinafter specified with a view to obtaining the best results and the most acceptable apparatus. These specifications cover minimum requirements as to the type of construction, finish, and testing to which the apparatus must conform, together with certain details as to equipment and appliances to be furnished. Minor details of construction and materials, where not otherwise specified, are left to the discretion of the Contractor, who shall be solely responsible for the design and construction of all features. Deviations or equivalents, meeting the same performance criteria will be given fair consideration as we are interested in a fair competitive bid process.
A. Intended Use – Provide preconditioned air and ground power servicing commuter aircraft at Gates A1, A2 and A3. Equipment shall service ERJ 135/145 and CRJ200/700 aircraft.
B. Each bidder must supply with his bid the detailed descriptions, photos and drawings of the equipment offered.
