Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: The Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport has two roof mounted 200 ton Chilled Water Units. Each unit has three screw compressors and six fan motors. These units supply chilled water to twelve Air Handling Units located throughout the 110,000 square foot airport. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor will perform: 1. One annual comprehensive diagnostic check on each chilled water unit and all components of each chiller to include but not limited to circuit breakers, contactors, fan motors, etc. 2. Four complete operational checks per year on each chilled water unit and all components. 3. One complete oil analysis on each unit per year 4. Two chiller condenser coil cleanings per year. 5. Contractor shall provide 24/7/365 emergency service with emergency contact names and phone number.
