Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit proposals for a fully integrated audio-visual system for the Okaloosa County Emergency Operations Center, located within the NWFSC Community Services Complex. The EOC complex is a 24 hour operation consisting of County Emergency Management and E911 dispatch Services. This project will include complex video and audio routing systems, large, multi-image video wall, multiple other display systems, and complex A/V control systems. The evaluation of proposals will be based on the contractors past experience with similar installations, the locality of contractors and their ability to respond to warranty items in a timely manner, the price of the proposed system, taking into account any value added modifications to the design.
