RFQ-GM 16-17 - Bus Wraps for Emerald Coast Rider Public Transportation System

Summary of Specifications:
The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is soliciting Request of Qualifications for professional services to install vehicle wrap graphics on transit vehicles. The BCC is currently rebranding the service to create a unified brand for the Emerald Coast Rider public transportation system which includes fixed route and demand response service. Vehicle wraps shall be of a design approved by the County (see attached). The intent of this solicitation is to provide the BCC with qualified businesses under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreements for vehicle wrap service. Experience with vehicle wraps is required. Federal funds are likely to be used in this project so businesses will be expected to understand and be able to meet all federal requirements, including but not limited to those listed in Exhibit B. This will be a non-exclusive contract and the BCC reserves the right to select multiple successful vendors.
