Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF SERVICES

A. Development of central services cost allocation plan in accordance with “Full Costing” principles to identify the cost of support provided internal and external agencies.

B. Development of a second central services cost allocation plan and indirect cost rates in accordance with OBM Circular A-87, which identify the various costs incurred by the County to support and administer federal fund programs. This plan will contain a determination of the allowable costs of providing each supporting service, such as department overhead.
