Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor will supply (approximately) 20,000 tons of cold mix open-graded asphalt base material produced by a Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant. The Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant operations shall be at the County’s Baker Clay Pit site located off State Road 4 in Baker, FL. The contractor will provide the Mobile Cold Recycling Mixing Plant, labor (operator) and materials (equipment, emulsion, and aggregates). The County will supply front-end loaders and trucks. The rejection of unacceptable material to be as directed by the Public Works Director or Project Manager.
