Summary of Specifications:
DESCRIPTION & SCOPE OF WORK - The work shall consist of the production of an estimated 2300 tons of open graded asphalt cold mix (OGCM) as a road surfacing material in FY 2012, 7500 tons in FY 2013, and 8000 tons in FY 2014. Emulsified asphalt and certain conditioning additives will be incorporated into aggregate and an emulsion mix will be produced.
