RFP-Reef Proj. - Concrete Artificial Reef Project - Fish Haven #11 & 12

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this RFP is to secure sealed proposals for the acquisition and deployment of clean pre-cast concrete material and/or concrete pre-fabricated structures as described in Attachment A. 

Okaloosa County proposes to construct a complex of approximately 34 patch reefs (with two modules at each location for a total of 68 modules) consisting of designed artificial reef modules built of concrete or concrete and steel. Each patch reef will be placed approximately 400 to 800 feet apart from its nearest neighbor in a randomized pattern throughout the permitted areas and with 30 patch reefs (60 units) in, Fish Haven #11 (the Urchin Reef Site) and 4 patch reefs (8 units) in Fish Haven #12 (the Sand Flea Reef Site).
