Summary of Specifications:
GENERAL – The Okaloosa County Extension proposes to build a new 9,000 square foot building on land owned by the County and located within the fenced perimeter of the Bob Sikes Airport, Crestview FL (see attached map). Site work will be done by departments under the Board of County Commissioners. The Scope of Work will include all architectural and engineering required to develop design, all construction contractor packages, construction of the project and support during the project.
