Summary of Specifications:
Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Dept is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from interested firm(s) detailing their technical & financial qualifications to design, construct, outfit, start-up, performance test and obtain governmental approvals for a new County-owned Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Okaloosa County WWTP will be designed to initially treat 10 million galls per day (mgd) with flexibility for expansion. Attachment A presents a Location & Site Map indicating the proposed location of the new OCWS WWTP.
