Summary of Specifications:
The Scope of Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, auger-cast pilings and pile caps, concrete footings and slab, roof framing with light gauge steel studs and trusses, structural steel, plywood roof deck, standing seam metal roof, reinforced concrete masonry walls with cement plaster finish including an elastomeric coating, aluminum guard rails, reinforced concrete roof slab, standard pit elevator, elevator pit waterproofing, batt insulation, aluminum canopy system, electrical work, mechanical unit, and some minor site drainage with grading and restoration to the disturbed landscaping.
