Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of Okaloosa County, on behalf of its Water & Sewer Department (OCWS), to contract with one (1) professional engineering firm that would produce engineering design plans and perform other engineering services in support of the proposed reclaimed water expansion project at the Arbennie Pritchett Water Reclamation Facility (APWRF). This project is funded through a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). FDEP Grant Agreement No. S0881 is attached.
