Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE – The purpose of this RFP is to foster a competitive procurement process for Fixed Base Operator services at Bob Sikes Airport in accordance with County’s objectives and to choose a qualified Fixed Base Operator (“FBO”) for the management/operation of a FBO terminal building, maintenance hangars and fuel farm. The contents of this RFP are provided as background and general information for Proposers and as a guide for the County to evaluate submitted Proposals.
