REQUEST
This document is a Request for Proposals from qualified interested parties (Proposers) for the purpose of financing, designing, constructing, operating, and managing high quality reasonably priced food and beverage concessions at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS).
1. BACKGROUND - The Northwest Florida Regional Airport is owned and operated by the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners. This RFP and the selection of additional food & beverage concession operators is timed to coincide with increased passenger activity due to an additional air carrier expanding service and the terminal expansion of two additional gates. Successful Proposers shall operate and provide food and beverage service in a 2,000+sf restaurant serving to the secured and non-secured areas of the terminal for a period of five (5) years.
SCOPE OF SERVICES - The opportunities presented in the RFP are for food & beverage concession privileges in the following Assigned Premises (see Exhibit A), from which the Proposer shall have the right, privilege and obligation to operate continuously, and without interruption, throughout the term in accordance with the Concession Agreement. These privileges will be on a non-exclusive basis. Conceptual digital floor plans available upon request
