RFP-TDD 65-17 - Mobile Device Charging Stations

Summary of Specifications:
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for interested vendors to submit their proposals to the County for consideration to provide “rapid charge” mobile device charging stations at the Emerald Coast Convention Center (ECCC). The ECCC is a convention, trade show, and multi-purpose facility with 35,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 30,000 square feet of open-air, fully equipped outdoor space. Vendors desiring to respond should have experience providing similar services, preferably within a convention center, sports arena, or similar type venue. It is the County’s intent to select one vendor ordinarily engaged in the business of providing this service. Please see RFP for additional information.
