Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Complete removal and milling of existing asphalt apron pavement, PCC pavement and asphalt construction, pavement markings, construction of aircraft tie-downs and grounding, and minor grading and sodding.
