Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK – An Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP) that is offender funded, or agency funded, or combination of both. A program designed to electronically monitor up to 100 offenders (parents, juveniles and adults) with the potential for expansion on Global Positioning System (GPS) as designated by Okaloosa County Pretrial Services or the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections (Agency). The EMP will be offender funded/agency funded/combination offender & agency funded, servicing up to 100 offenders (with the potential for expansion) daily, enabling designated offender to be electronically monitored to verify compliance with terms of house arrest, home confinement, and non contact with victim(s) orders. Services include but are not limited to: offender enrollment, equipment installation, daily scheduling, and collection of program fees. Services shall also include financial assessment and fee reduction to those financially unable to pay full program fees. Contracted vendor must provide GPS monitoring equipment. A 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long monitoring center staffed by trained professionals to forward alerts to designated Okaloosa County Electronic Monitoring personnel as per the terms of the agency notification agreement.
