Summary of Specifications:
This project involves the reconstruction of Old Antioch Road (CR 4) from west of Wilks Drive to Brodie Drive in Okaloosa County, a distance of approximately 0.7 miles. A rural typical section with 11-foot lanes, unpaved shoulders and shallow swales will be utilized. Drainage improvements consist of constructing segments of curb and gutter to facilitate stormwater conveyance within the limited right of way and replacement of two existing cross drains.
