Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this bid is to seek interested respondents to provide annual preventive maintenance and repair of chilled water units throughout Okaloosa County. As used herein, the terms “Respondent” and “Contractor” shall mean the individual or entity submitting a bid in response to this RFB. This will be a non-exclusive contract and the County reserves the right to enter into contracts with more than one respondent.
